What QOYCA provides
QOYCA provides educational, self-guided reflection materials for adults. Relationship Crossroads offers written prompts and organisational features for personal reflection. It does not assess you, your partner or your relationship, and it does not tell you whether to stay, leave or take any other action.
QOYCA is not therapy, counselling, medical or mental-health care, legal advice, diagnosis, treatment, crisis support or a safety assessment. It is not a substitute for a qualified professional. If you feel unsafe, use a safe device and contact emergency services or a trusted local support organisation.
Purchases and delivery
Purchases are completed through Gumroad. Gumroad acts as the merchant of record and applies its checkout, payment, tax and buyer terms. The product description shown before purchase explains the current price and included content.
Relationship Crossroads currently includes a downloadable PDF and access to the phone-friendly QOYCA Web Reflection. The formats contain related material but store responses separately. Notes do not automatically transfer or merge between them.
Your licence
Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the supplied materials for your own private reflection. You must not sell, publish, upload, reproduce for distribution, share a licence key, provide copies to others, or remove QOYCA ownership notices.
You may save and print a reasonable number of copies for your own use. Copyright and all other intellectual property rights in the website, questions, design and supplied materials remain with Rubber Brains LTD or the applicable rights holder.
Your information and devices
You are responsible for protecting access to your device, downloaded files and licence key. Web Reflection answers are stored locally in the browser you use. QOYCA cannot read, recover or synchronise them. You should download or print any summary you wish to keep before clearing browser data or changing devices.
Optional AI prompt
If an optional AI reflection prompt is included, it is an instruction document only. QOYCA does not provide an AI service or automatically send your answers anywhere. If you choose to paste information into a third-party AI service, that service's terms and privacy practices apply. Remove names and identifying or sensitive details before using an external service.
Refunds and consumer rights
Refund and payment requests are handled through Gumroad. Because digital content may be made available immediately, cancellation rights can operate differently from physical products. The information and consent presented during Gumroad checkout apply to the transaction.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights that cannot legally be excluded, including rights relating to digital content that is faulty, not as described or not supplied with the required standard. Contact us or Gumroad if you cannot access what was described at purchase.
Availability and changes
We take reasonable care to keep the website and Web Reflection available and secure, but internet services can occasionally be interrupted. We may maintain, improve or replace technical features. We will not intentionally remove access to the core purchased material without a reasonable alternative where one is required.
Responsibility
You remain responsible for how you interpret your reflections and for any decision or action you take. QOYCA does not promise a particular insight, emotional outcome or decision.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to those protections and your statutory rights, Rubber Brains LTD is not responsible for losses caused by relying on the product as professional advice, sharing access credentials, failing to protect or back up locally stored material, or using an unrelated third-party service.
Law and changes to these terms
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer elsewhere, you retain any mandatory protections provided by the law that applies to you. We may update these terms for future use of the website or products. The version applying to a purchase will not remove rights already acquired.
