Repetition can feel productive because your mind is busy. But a familiar question often produces a familiar answer. Clarity may begin when you stop trying to decode another person and turn your attention towards what you can actually observe in yourself.

Writing creates a little distance. It lets you see the difference between what happened, what you interpreted, what you feared and what you need. You do not have to solve everything in one sitting. You are allowed to notice one honest thing and stop there.
